Free Gift

It is possible to know God personally.

In fact, the very reason God created us is so that we might know Him personally. (John 17:3)

The Bible says our sins have separated us from God (Isaiah 59:2)

Jesus Christ is the only way to God (John 14:6)

Acknowledge you have sinned against God, and that you desire to turn from that sin (1 John 1:8-9)

Believe Jesus Christ died in your place and rose again to be your Savior. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

Invite Christ to direct your life.

If you truly want to have a personal relationship with God, you can express it with a simple prayer:

“Dear Lord, I want to know you personally. I am willing with Your help, to turn from my sins. Thank you for sending Jesus who died in my place and rose again to be my Savior. I here and now ask you to come into my life, to lead me and to be Lord of my life. Amen”

If you just prayed this prayer, now what?  How do you grow in your relationship with God?

• Talk to God about everything………..This is PRAYER (Phillipians 4:6-7)

• Listen to God by reading the Bible…………This is BIBLE STUDY (Hebrews 4:12)

• Spend time with others who know God personally……..This is FELLOWSHIP (Hebrews 10:25)

• Help others to know God personally……..This is DISCIPLE-MAKING (Matthew 28:19-20)

• Let God daily direct your life…………This is OBEDIENCE (John 14:15)
