Getting started

When I was asked to do a blog for the ODSM , I immediately thought it would be fun and easy. My thoughts, feelings, etc. all typed up in 20 minutes. Half a day later i don’t know how to begin.
First let me explain the category-”it’s just You and me here now” -Its taken from a David Crowder song called “Only You”.
“Take my heart, I lay it down/At the feet of You who’s crowned/And take my life, I’m letting go/ I lift it up, to You who’s throned.”
Here I want to be real, broken, face- down -on -the- ground, undignified, stripped down, and completely open…revealing my love for Christ. Complete worship with my thoughts. Just letting go. Why hold anything back. He’s the One who saved me, loves me, cares for me, – I have some reservations though, about journaling thoughts that some may otherwise jot down in a personal notebook somewhere. I hope to get over that and just “drink and flow” and express my love and praise to only Him that is worthy of it.

Ron, Just so you know, that which you just posted is the reason you were asked to blog. Your heart and love for God is real and thats what we need to see. There is nothing we can do without the love and grace of God.
God is working in your life man, just allow His love to Flow through you as you drink deep and he will honor that. To Him be honor, and glory forever and ever.
